His Accomplishments include the following:
Conducted and Supervised more than 300 investigations
Recognized for his participation in developing EBSA’s approach in Targeting subjects to be investigated by EBSA
Coordinated major Project targeting health plans sponsored by PEO’s that resulted in the payment of millions of dollars in health claims
Led the Project that monitored the implementation of provisions of the Health Insurance and Portability Act
In addition Mr. Kahn has many presentations to a number of professional organizations all over the country providing information on the manner in which EBSA targets plans for investigation and understanding how EBSA conducts investigations.
